Ad Serving and Privacy

ClickExperts is deeply committed to respecting the privacy of Internet users, and to that end observes the industry's accepted best practices

Our ad serving and email management technologies place cookies in users' browsers, with the only aim of optimizing their online advertising experience, making the advertising they are exposed to more relevant to them, and most importantly, avoiding advertisement saturation in each contacted user.

It is also important to note that these cookies DO NOT HARM OR AFFECT your computer's performance in any way, nor can they gather or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your NAME, your email address, your mailing address, your telephone number.

Cookies merely allow us to identify a computer completely ANONYMOUSLY, mainly to let us know whether or not the user has already been exposed to an online advertisement served by ClickExperts. By knowing this, we can, for example, LIMIT the number of times we show you an ad (a very important feature, mostly for potentially annoying formats such as pop-ups and pop-unders, which we only show with a frequency of one per session or less).

Third Party Advertising and Cookies

ClickExperts uses MaxWorldwide and other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web sites. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to these and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on these sites and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, please click here

Also, in the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique “cookie” on your browser.

Anti-Spam Policy

At ClickExperts we consider SPAM any unsolicited commercial email, or an email sent to a recipient who would not have a reasonable expectation of receiving email from the sender.

This is SPAM:

  • any email advertising illicit or illegal activities;

  • any message sent to email addresses which were not provided by the recipient, including those collected from newsgroups, web sites, and domain registration information;

This is NOT SPAM:

  • Email sent by an organization with whom the recipient had previously established a relationship, PROVIDED THAT the sender provides a mechanism for recipients to remove themselves from the mailing list, and all unsubscription requests are fulfilled within two business days.

ClickExperts encourages its customers to use OPT-IN subscriber lists EXCLUSIVELY, i.e. people who have expressly granted permission for the company to send them commercial emails, and demands that all removal requests are fulfilled immediately.

Violation of these rules will cause ClickExperts to cancel its contract with the offending customer. Customers must also assume total responsibility for any and all third party lists used on our servers.
